BORS® Installer/Programmer Course for 12/7/2010 in Murfreesboro, TN

This one-day course equips gun owners, gunsmiths, law enforcement and military personnel with the knowledge they need to install BORS units, chronograph cartridges, use BORS software and upload new cartridge tables. Once they successfully complete the course, each student is presented with a two-year Barrett BORS Installer certification.

Course topics include:

•-BORS overview
•-Scope mounting
•-BORS installation
•-BORS software overview
•-Bore sighting
•-Chronograph use 
•-BORS programming

Class begins at 8:30 a.m. and generally lasts until 4:30 or 5:30 p.m. (If you plan to travel home by air afterward, the earliest flight you should take is 8:00 p.m.)

BORS, scopes, rings and other tools are provided by Barrett for use during the course. Students are responsible for bringing:

•-Notebook computer (not required but strongly recommended) 
•-Note-taking materials 
•-Hearing protection
•-Eye protection
