MODEL 82A1® and M107® Armorer

Our experienced instructors spend two days sharing everything gun owners, gunsmiths, law enforcement and military personnel need to know to keep their Model 82A1 (civilian) and M107 (military) rifles in top condition.

The 16-hour course covers operational theory, troubleshooting and in-depth maintenance procedures. Once they successfully complete the course, each student is presented with a two-year Barrett Armorer certification.

Course topics include:

•- Rifle disassembly/reassembly
•- Cleaning and lubrication
•- Rifle function and troubleshooting
•- Field maintenance
•- Gauging techniques

Class begins each day at 8:30 a.m. and generally lasts until 4:30 or 5:30 p.m. (If you plan to travel home by air on the last day, the earliest flight you should take is 8:00 p.m.)

Rifles and other tools are provided by Barrett for use during the course. Students are responsible for bringing:

•- Note-taking materials
•- Hearing protection
•- Eye protection
